Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide when placing an order, requesting custom work, arranging pickup or shipping, or contacting Crafty HQ. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping information, order details, preferred contact method, messages, and uploaded artwork or reference files.

How we use your information

We use customer information to answer questions, prepare and fulfill orders, review custom requests, arrange pickup or shipping, provide order and tracking updates, resolve problems, and maintain necessary business records.

Uploaded artwork

Artwork uploaded only for a design preview expires after two hours and is deleted during the next scheduled cleanup. Artwork attached to a submitted order or custom request is preserved for review and production. When an order is submitted, the selected artwork is transmitted with the order and stored temporarily so Crafty HQ can review and produce the requested item. Customers may contact us to request deletion after fulfillment, subject to any information we must retain for legal, payment, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Payments

When online payments are enabled, payment details are processed securely by Square. Crafty HQ does not store your complete card number or card security code on this website.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers only when needed to operate the website, process payments, send messages, store files, fulfill orders, or deliver shipments. We do not sell customer personal information.

Information retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and use reasonable measures to protect it. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You may contact Crafty HQ to ask about personal information or artwork you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where permitted. We may need to verify the request before taking action.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand page visits, product interest, shopping-cart activity, traffic sources, device categories, approximate countries, and whether carts lead to orders. We use pseudonymous browser or account identifiers and a keyed network identifier to estimate repeat visits and distinct networks. Raw IP addresses, contact details, artwork, full referring URLs, and URL query strings are not stored in these analytics. Network location is approximate and may reflect a VPN or shared connection. Analytics are available only to authorized administrators as aggregate reports.

Reports cover up to 90 days. Older analytics records are removed in bounded batches during maintenance and report refreshes. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional analytics. You can also disable future optional analytics in this browser below without affecting shopping or order processing. Necessary security and order records are separate.
